Reach Out.Mental Illness are not bad words. We all need to be sure we take care of our minds and our bodies. Part of that is finding the courage to talk to an adult who can help if you are having feelings of sadness or are feeling stressed out. Having a mental health issue is so common in fact, that some of the people who changed history experienced mental health issues throughout their lives.
